A general home inspection provides a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property. The inspection is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components that are both observed and deemed material by the home inspector.  The scope of work may be modified by the Client and Inspector prior to the inspection process.  You can find the Arkansas Standards of Practice here. Pre-Purchase - An inspection completed once the home is undercontract to identify any issues or safey hazards that you, the buyer, needs to know about the home. 

  • Pre-Listing - An inspection completed before placing a house on the market to identify any issues or safety hazards that are in need of repair or to be disclosed that may affect the sell of the home.

  • New Construction - An inspection completed just before your final walk through with your contractor to identify any issues, incomplete task or safety hazard.

  • Pre-Warranty Expiration - An inspection completed just before a home warranty expires to identify if there are any issues with covered items under the home warranty.

  • Investors - An inspection completed for an investment propety either Pre-Purchase or after a Long-Term tenant has vacated to identify any areas that might have been negleted while rented.
